Hi, I’m Mandeep Khatkar, a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience helping both everyday individuals and competitive athletes reach their full potential. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, speed, or high-level performance, I’ve guided clients of all levels to lasting results.

- Personally lost 135+ lbs (from 315 → 180 lbs) and maintained it
